The Teamsculpture concept is a unique, worldwide Team Building Seminar in an exceptional environment.
The modern blacksmith forge.
A unique synergy between a traditional ancient craft and contemporary teambuilding methods, all under the supervision of an experienced metal designer/metalsmith.
The Team develops a sculpture independently based on their themes, goals and visions. The following challenge for the team is to handle hammer, anvil and fire to create the Teamsculpture. The whole workflow is monitored and moderated by artist craftsmen through the final steps of each sculpture.
This successful Teamsculpture seminar was developed in Germany.
Many companies have excitedly realized, and created their Teamsculpture in this Team Training such as Mercedes, Porsche, Bosch, Siemens, Hewlett Packard, etc. The enthusiasm of companies have led us to make this Team Seminar available to companies in the United States and New Zealand.
Two new locations Oregon and Virginia in the United States. In New Zealand we have our Location in Auckland.
This Team Building is moderated by the artist craftsmen trained and verified for this seminar in Germany.
